Tell us a little about your piece, and we'll send a free, fully insured pack straight to your door. Everything you need to return your jewellery safely is included.
Pop your item into the pack and post it back to our Birmingham Jewellery Quarter workshop. Each pack is tracked and protected, so your jewellery is in safe hands from the moment it leaves you.
Our goldsmiths will assess your piece and send you a clear, no-obligation quote. Work only begins once you're happy and have given us the go-ahead.
Once the work is complete, we'll return your jewellery to you, fully insured and beautifully finished. All that's left is to enjoy it once again.
